The Chef Job is a returning Job from the original Miitopia. as the level cap has gone up from level 50 to level 100 (and because the King/Queen Of Darkness doesn't do that friend-kidnapping thing the Dark Lord does,) the job obviously has some changes. the changes are in bold.
